  but it never once mentions the overlapping generation..

  It's been a while since I've done any bible reading, but isn't this the type of thing that Jesus did when he was on earth? You know, collect as much money as he could from both the rich and the poor, then use the money to build a massive compound where he could comfortably write, print, and ship all his wisdom? Then sell that compound, collect more money to build another big compound? And maybe have to use some of those extra millions of drachma to pay off the victims of the child molesters he had among his disciples?

  Is there anything more detailed in the article? In this case, there is nothing said about him being offered a scholarship. There is nothing said about his teachers encouraging him to apply for a scholarship or his teachers even encouraging him to stay in school beyond getting his required certificate at 15 and walking out the door forever. "Would I accept a scholarship to go to university?" Kind of a pointless question when the facts point to him leaving school ASAP.

  I think it was in a conversation with Splane that he 'xplained that he didn't like school and was glad to be done with it. But he loved learning and spreading da troof.

  I remember a long time ago before the recorded piano music came along, my congregation had an actual piano that someone would play the song while we sang.

  What do you mean, "a long time ago"? I used to be one of those piano players that the congregation sang along with. Er, um, I hope that doesn't "out" me, so maybe I didn't play... like I haven't already given out enough personal info for the spies to come knocking. But come to think of it, it really was a long time ago that the CO came through and said it was time to stop that and use the recordings.
  

  Even earlier before that I remember when they would assemble an orchestra for the discrap crapventions. And that was back in the day when food service was a huge operation for assemblies and crapventions.

  Jeez, now I'm really feeling ancient.

  You wrote that you want to get reinstated in order to feel "normal" again, I assume that means you want to regain your "friends" and family. Then what's the plan? Do you want to become an MS and marry a pioneer? Do you plan to fade?
